Prices are in Euros per apartment per day. Tourist tax is not included in price. It applies to persons above age of 15 (in the amount of 2€/day per guest). WAT 10% is included in price.

- Price includes bed clothing, bathrobes, 3 towels per person, two parking spaces, firewood and apartment final cleaning.
- For stays shorter than 7 days we charge 20,00 EUR per person for final cleaning.
- Apartment reservation is treated as fixed after prepayment of 40% of total invoice amount. Total outstanding amount (70%) must be payed one week before your stay.
- Pets are allowed with prior notice. The cost of each pet stay is 15,00 EUR per day.
- Deposit per appartment is 0,00 EUR.
- In our appartments smoking is prohibited, we kindly ask you to enjoy your cigarettes on one of our terraces.
- Check-in time is after 4 pm on arrival day.
- Check-out time is by 10 am on departure day.
- Payments are made at the expense of Raiffeisenbank Altenmarkt – Flachau – Eben eGen
